Sending your order

Packages are usually shipped within 0 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.

The shipment is made through the carrier available in the online store and chosen by the customer, with tracking number.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as posting. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and carrier.

We recommend that you focus all your products on one order. We cannot combine two orders made separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

The dimensions of the boxes are suitable for the products, and they are properly protected. Packaging and filling materials are new (with rare exceptions) and of plant origin, friends of nature (compostable).

Reception problems

Ultimately, your shipped orders are at your own risk, but special attention is paid to all products and we make your orders arrive in the best condition.

If you notice any damage to the outside of the package, do not hesitate to open it in front of the carrier representative to check that the products are in good condition.

If there is any problem, do not hesitate to take several photos, ask the carrier representative the following procedure (depending on the carrier, you may have to not accept the package to be entitled to compensation), and inform us as we will always be present to serve and help our customers.


We accept without any problem all the return made up to 14 business days after the arrival of your order.
The products must be in the same condition as they arrived and have not been used. The transport box must be of appropriate dimensions and the products must be properly packed in such a way that they do not break or open during the journey.

The return is at the total charge of the customer, the total return of the returned products is made within 3 working days following the receipt by us of the package in good condition.

The return of the money can be made in the "customer account" to use in a later purchase or directly to the medium with which you paid, for example: the card is intended (to note that any small fee eventually charged by the customer's bank is not the responsibility of Beleza Brasil).
