Shipping your parcel

Packages are usually shipped within 0 to 2 business days, after receiving payment.

They are shipped via the transport company available on the online store and chosen by the customer, with a tracking number.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the carrier.

We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and a shipping fee applies to each of them.

The size of the boxes is appropriate and your items are properly protected. Packaging and upholstery are new (with rare exceptions) and plant-based, nature-friendly (compostable).

Shipping problems

Your parcels are shipped, are ultimately at your own risk, but special attention is paid to all products and we make your parcels arrive in the best conditions.

If you notice any damage outside your package, do not hesitate to open it in front of the carrier's representative to check if the products are in good condition. If there is a problem, do not hesitate to take various photos, ask the representative of the carrier the procedure to follow (depending on the carrier, you may not have to accept the package to be entitled to compensation), and inform us, we will always be there to follow and help all our customers.


We accept all returns made within 14 business days of your order arrival. The products must be in the same condition in which they arrived and not have been used. The transport packaging must be adequate in size and products must be properly packaged so as not to break or open during the journey. The return is at the total expense of the customer, the total refund of the returned products is made within 3 working days after the receipt by us of the parcel in good conditions. The refund of the money can be made in the "customer account" to be used in a later purchase or directly on the means with which you paid, for example: the visa card (note that small taxes can possibly be charged by the customer's bank without it being the responsibility of Beleza Brasil). Purchases paid for with PayPal can benefit from free returns (paid for by PayPal). For more information, see the conditions on the PayPal website.
